records.
27. Operate and maintain SMAW and GMAW welding equipment; perform routine checks
before and after use.
28. Work independently and lead assigned welding tasks; resolve welding problems as a self-
directed team member.
29. Communicate in English in workplace settings; interpret documents, drawings, and
participate in technical meetings.
30. Ensure compliance with applicable welding standards (AWS D1.1, ASME IX, ISO 9606)
