Helper / Technician grade

1. Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and
related components on residential and
commercial rooftops or sheds in compliance
with design and safety standards
2. Perform PV structure mounting, panel fixing,
cable dressing, earthing, LPS, and DC/AC
wiring
3. Install and maintain solar street lighting
systems
4. Connect solar systems to the electrical grid,
ensuring proper grounding and weather
sealing
5. Set up and test inverters, batteries, charge
controllers/MPPT, and protection devices
6. Conduct regular inspections, diagnose
system issues, and perform necessary
repairs to ensure optimal performance
7. Ensure safety compliance (PPE use,
ladder/roof safety, electrical isolation/LOTO
as applicable)
8. Provide customer handover with basic
system operation guidance and maintenance
tips
9. Prepare and submit daily work reports to
senior official
