1. To apply OSH procedures by identifying hazards, reporting risks, and
responding to workplace emergencies to ensure personal and team well-
being.
2. To maintain strict housekeeping standards and ensure a safe and organized
fabrication environment.
3. To use measuring instruments to record precise dimensions for fabrication
tasks.
4. To interpret Manuals, Sketches and Drawings to plan work activities in the
workplace.
5. To support using Computer
6. To use hand and power tools effectively, performing basic preventive
maintenance and ensuring proper storage after use
7. To perform as a team member in a team

10. Perform routine lubricating system services, including oil changes and filter
replacements, to ensure engine health.
11. Service cooling systems by inspecting radiators, checking coolant levels, and
replacing hoses to prevent overheating.
12. Maintain fuel systems by replacing filters and inspecting lines for leaks or
blockages.
13. Assist in the service suspension systems, including checking shock absorbers
and basic component replacement.
14. Service starting systems, focusing on battery testing, terminal cleaning, and
starter motor checks.
15. Conduct ignition system servicing, including the inspection and replacement
of spark plugs and ignition leads for optimal combustion.
16. Correctly identify and interpret the functions of major automobile systems
to assist lead technicians in troubleshooting.
17. Properly select and operate manual hand tools and power equipment
(impact wrenches, drills, grinders)
