Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Merchandising within the garment industry (Buying House experience is mandatory; Factory experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of fabric construction, garment tech packs, and production processes (Oven as per our product type).
• Excellent proficiency in English (both spoken and written) – must be able to draft professional emails and negotiate confidently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP software.
• Must be a problem solver, team player, and capable of working under pressure to meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

• Order Processing: Manage the entire order lifecycle from sample development, costing, and bulk production to final shipment.
• Buyer Liaison: Communicate effectively with international buyers regarding order status, technical specifications, and amendments.
• Sourcing & Procurement: Collaborate with the internal sourcing team (for the Buying House wing) and the production planning team (for the Manufacturing wing) to procure fabrics and trims (CM & CMX) at competitive costs.
• Production Monitoring: Work closely with factory production managers to monitor WIP (Work in Progress), identify bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
• Commercial Coordination: Coordinate with the commercial department for LC opening, documentation, and shipment booking.
• Costing & Negotiation: Prepare accurate cost sheets (CM) and negotiate pricing with buyers while maintaining factory profit margins.
