Junior Graphic Designer

Position Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design and production of various visual materials. You will work under the guidance of senior designers to deliver high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and design digital and print materials, including social media posts, banners, and marketing collateral.

Assist in the development of layout designs and typography for various projects.

Retouch images and ensure all graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm new design concepts.

Manage multiple tasks and ensure projects are completed within the given deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: BNQF Level 5 - Higher Skills Certificate (NNC) or equivalent in Graphic Design.

Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator).

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of color theory, layout principles, and typography.

Soft Skills: Ability to follow detailed instructions, accept constructive feedback, and work well within a team.

Experience: Previous internship or portfolio showcasing creative work is a plus.
